¹⁴ And he gave him no answer, not even to one word: insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly. ¹⁵ Now at ^[a]the feast the governor was wont to release unto the multitude one prisoner, whom they would. ¹⁶ And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.
